(a) If the requested service is unavailable at the chosen time.

(b) If we cannot verify your identity or payment details.

(c) If there has been an error in pricing or service description.

2.4 We will not be held liable for any loss caused by incorrect details provided by you, such as incorrect contact information. It is your responsibility to ensure that your details are accurate and up-to-date.

3. PRICING:

3.1 Our prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are subject to change without notice. Prices for services are provided on our website and are reviewed periodically.

3.2 While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any service you have booked, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your booking at the correct price or canceling it for a full refund.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

(b) Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

4.2 If you cancel the contract under this Condition, we will refund any payments you have made for the services concerned, except where the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment.

4.3 If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee.
